What Youll Do:

  • Customer Assistance : Help customers over the phone, social media, chat, and email with any airline-related inquiries.
  • Problem Solving : Provide top-notch customer service and solve issues in a fun and engaging way.
  • Independent Work : Bring your can-do attitude, initiative, and reliability to the table every day!

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Youre fluent in Italian OR German (essential!).
  • ️ You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and love interacting with people.
  • Youre proactive , reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Youve got basic computer skills (preferably with an ECDL certificate).
  • Youve had previous experience in customer care .

    • 5.50/hr (1st month of employment - training)
    • 7.48/hr (2nd month onwards)
    • 7.74/hr (7th month onwards)
    • 8.21/hr (after 1 year, performance-based)
