What Youll Do:
- Customer Assistance : Help customers over the phone, social media, chat, and email with any airline-related inquiries.
- Problem Solving : Provide top-notch customer service and solve issues in a fun and engaging way.
- Independent Work : Bring your can-do attitude, initiative, and reliability to the table every day!
Who Are We Looking For?
- Youre fluent in Italian OR German (essential!).
- ️ You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and love interacting with people.
- Youre proactive , reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Youve got basic computer skills (preferably with an ECDL certificate).
- Youve had previous experience in customer care .

- Competitive Pay :
- 5.50/hr (1st month of employment - training)
- 7.48/hr (2nd month onwards)
- 7.74/hr (7th month onwards)
- 8.21/hr (after 1 year, performance-based)
- Performance bonus up to 2,500/year!
