Experience with 3C, web products, virtual services, internet related products and after sales support is preferred. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, acceptance of shift system (no night shifts) Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding our products, with a focus on NAS (Network Attached Storage) products. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Work with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identifying opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes and recommending solutions. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
