Job Description

Imperial Moto Café is looking for a detail-oriented  Driver delivery and p roduction  team member to support our cold brew and tea operations. This role involves producing, bottling, and delivering our cold brew and tea products to various locations, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery & Logistics

• Safely transport cold brew and tea products to wholesale partners, retail locations, and other designated drop-off points.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and accurately based on the delivery schedule.
• Handle and load products carefully to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and proof of delivery as needed.
• Communicate with store managers or partners to confirm deliveries and address any concerns.

2. Production Support

• Assist in brewing, filtering, and bottling cold brew and tea according to Imperial Moto’s quality standards.
• Label and package products properly to ensure consistency and compliance.

3. Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance

• Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled for deliveries.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues promptly.

4. Quality Control & Efficiency

• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in production.
• Conduct quality checks before deliveries to ensure freshness and proper labeling.

Qualifications & Skills

  Required:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery driving and/or food & beverage production.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (for loading and unloading products).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience in coffee or beverage production.
• Knowledge of cold brew and tea brewing methods.
• Familiarity with local delivery routes and locations.

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Full-time / Part-time  
• Early morning shifts may be required for deliveries.
