DES Employment Group is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers in Milan, IL for a well-known flower company. If you have a clean driving record, can handle physical work, and enjoy being on the road, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and friendly team.

$18.05/hr

PTO (Paid time off earned starting first day of work)

Shifts vary depending on route- 12am-8am or 3am -12pm

Job Highlights:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Local and regional delivery routes (up to 150 miles)
• Use of company van or sprinter truck (no CDL required)
• Background check, clean driving record, and drug test required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver flowers and related products within a 150-mile radius
• Load and/or unload company van or truck (up to 50 lbs)
• Carry deliveries up stairs as needed (must be able to lift 50 lbs)
• Manually move freight, stock, or materials as assigned
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading to ensure accurate deliveries
• Record numbers of units handled or moved using daily production sheets or work tickets

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry items upstairs
• Must pass a background check and drug test and driving quiz (online)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
