Job Description

Labster is seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to play an essential role in driving our company’s growth through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns that utilize both ABM and broad based marketing strategies. This role bridges strategy and execution: planning and running high-impact programs across email, events, and digital channels while supporting ABM efforts and ensuring the marketing tech stack is performing at its best. You’ll be deeply involved in marketing operations, including campaign setup, lead scoring, automation, segmentation, reporting, and optimization—partnering closely with Rev Ops, Sales and Customer Success to turn insights into measurable impact. This role will support Labster’s growth marketing strategy and execution covering two immersive learning products – Labster and UbiSim.

If you’re passionate about working for a mission-driven organization and making a tangible difference in the world through education and healthcare innovation, please read on and apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, ABM, digital, and events) to drive qualified pipeline for priority segments and accounts.

  • Assist in the strategy and execution of field events and webinars, including audience selection, data management, email promotion, and post-event lead processing.

  • Build, test, and optimize Marketo programs and nurtures, including segmentation, triggers, lead routing, and scoring models.

  • Partner with content and design to create and optimize effective assets for ads, emails, and landing pages that align with brand and audience goals.

  • Analyze campaign and account engagement performance by creating and monitoring using Salesforce and Marketo reports and dashboards; delivering insights and recommendations to improve conversion and ROI.

  • Own A/B testing strategy (subject lines, CTAs, creative) and contribute to continual conversion rate optimization across landing pages and emails.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to operationalize ABM strategy: align target account lists, develop personalized plays, and track account engagement throughout the funnel.

Competencies & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or marketing operations, experience with ABM and Field Marketing a plus

  • Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience required - creating campaigns, lead management and reporting in Salesforce, as well as setting up marketing programs and nurture streams in Marketo

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Experience in growing a scale-up tech or SaaS company preferred

  • Highly self-sufficient with a high degree of accountability and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with commitment to follow through

  • Willingness to travel about 15% of the time to events and team meetings, primarily in the U.S.
