Essential Responsibilities: # Serve beverages, entrees, salads and desserts in the dining rooms. # Assist with food preparation, dish room set up and stocking. # Deliver meal trays to resident rooms. # Clear dining and kitchen areas, wash dishes. # Set up catering functions. # Maintain refrigeration temperatures and place orders. Requirements : # Read and follow schedules, instructions, and labels. # Answer phones and write/leave messages. # Perform the physical requirements of the position which include standing, lifting and tolerate handling hot liquids. # Work well with others; treat residents, co-workers, and staff with care and respect. # Protect resident confidentiality by not sharing information. # Adhere to all Wesbury personnel policies as they apply to the workplace.
