Casa Nela is a New York City based hospitality company that operates Bobo, Rosemary’s, Roey’s, and Claudette. Our mission is to change the world one neighborhood at a time by bringing people together through our passion for food and hospitality. We are accepting applicants for the position of Director of Finance

The Director of Finance oversees the company’s accounting, finance, and business administration functions, leading a team that includes external accounting partners, an internal payroll and benefits administrator, an AP and business administration coordinator and a part-time BI associate to support reporting and performance analysis. The DOF works closely with other department heads, especially the head of Operations, and store-level Operations leaders to drive business performance. The role is supported by the Founder and a consulting CFO.

This is a critical leadership role in the company, requiring the highest standards of performance to provide an internal role model and example of the company’s values. The position is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all laws and achieves performance targets, positioning Casa Nela for continued profitability and long-term success.
