The Early Childhood Teacher Aide maintains a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment, and provides constant supervision of children during all indoor and outdoor activities. The Early Childhood Teacher Aide responds to the needs of individual children, works cooperatively with all other staff members, and child families, and familiarizes themselves with basic concepts of child development and developmentally appropriate practices as established by the National Association for the Education of young children and/or follow the State of Montana License/Caregiver requirements. The center serves 1-year olds up to preschool age.
