Job Responsibilities:

Build components through all stages of assembly, including mixing, coating, pressing, welding, winding, and testing

Assemble and attach leads, terminals, and other component parts

Place parts in ovens and operate based on specific time-temperature settings

Fill pouches or tubes with electrolytes as directed

Seal products using sealing, curling, and welding equipment

Maintain detailed production records for each batch

Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure components meet specifications

Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Production as needed

Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards

Follow all environmental, health, and safety practices

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in manufacturing or production preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

Comfortable working with hands, following instructions, and performing simple math

Ability to lift up to [insert appropriate weight] lbs and stand for long periods

Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance

Steel-toe boots required

Schedule: 7:00am – 3:0pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $15.50/hr
