Job Description

What will you do?

A day in the life of an Email Marketing Associate at Milked Media is a blend of creative execution, data tracking, and team collaboration. You’ll mainly report to our Email Marketing Campaign Manager but also collaborate broadly across departments. You’ll play an essential part in executing campaigns, streamlining reporting, supporting client onboarding, and strengthening our internal marketing.

Let’s break that down a bit more:

Campaign Creation & Execution

• Build and schedule campaign and flow emails in Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify

• Assist with copywriting and campaign outlines under direction of the Email Marketing Campaign Manager

Reporting & Analytics

• Gather and compile performance data, including creative screenshots

• Maintain KPI trackers across platforms and update performance dashboards monthly

Client Onboarding & Support

• Complete setup checklists for email + SMS

• Input data for brand audits and overviews

• Assist with client communication and account updates

Data Management

• Pull quarterly data for analysis

• Conduct list cleaning for optimal deliverability

Internal Marketing

• Contribute to Milked Media’s own email campaigns and social content

• Support prospecting initiatives

Project Coordination

• Update Trello cards to assist the Project Manager and ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years in email marketing or related field

• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms

• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities backed by data

• Organized, proactive, and collaborative

• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Interest in e-commerce fashion, beauty, and/or related lifestyle brands

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Experience in e-commerce marketing

• Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms

Salary Rage: $40,000-$4,700
