Job Description

Outpatient Endocrinologist opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee 

Wonderful opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including dietitians, pharmacists, and primary care providers in a community hospital setting, level 3 trauma, 150 beds with 560 full-time employees.

About the Position:

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders, metabolic syndrome, and other hormonal imbalances.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, ongoing monitoring, and adjustments as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions and promote self-management and preventive care.
  • Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results to ensure accurate treatment decisions.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to assess treatment efficacy and adjust plans as needed.
  • Participate in research, clinical trials, or educational seminars to stay updated on advancements in endocrinology.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow all regulatory requirements and documentation protocols.
