Entry Level Auto Express Technician Join Giles Automotive Group – Build Your Career in Automotive Service The Opportunity We are looking for motivated Express Service Technicians to support our busy service center at Giles Automotive. This is an entry-level role focused on oil and filter changes, vehicle inspections, and basic service tasks, offering a strong foundation for a career in automotive service. What We Offer * Pay: Starting at $10/hour (higher pay considered for experience) * Career Development: Clear path to become a full-line certified Technician with paid schooling and training. Experienced technicians at Giles earn $40,000–$80,000 per year, with advancement opportunities into management. We want hardworking, detail-oriented individuals with a positive attitude who take pride in their work. Qualifications: * 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Eagerness to learn and improve * Strong physical dexterity and ability to work with tools * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Positive, friendly attitude and teamwork mindset * Basic computer literacy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications What You’ll Do * Perform oil and filter changes, brake pad replacements, tire alignments, and fluid inspections * Document and complete work per repair orders, following dealership and factory standards * Communicate with the parts department to obtain the necessary items * Maintain shop area, tools, and equipment in excellent condition * Test-drive vehicles and check components using diagnostic tools * Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional needs * Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals Why Giles?
