Job Description

We support nonprofit and charity partners through impactful community events and outreach campaigns , raising awareness, boosting donor engagement, and creating meaningful change.

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about helping others. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, nonprofit fundraising, and community engagement . No experience required — paid training provided !

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns

  • Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional manner

  • Share information about nonprofit partners and programs

  • Support event logistics , including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination

  • Maintain a positive, mission-focused atmosphere at every event

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations

  • Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with the public

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments

  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to make an impact

  • Event or customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • Passion for charity work, community involvement, and helping others
