Job Description

Highly reputable firm is looking for an Entry-Level Mandarin Speaking Immigration Attorney for their firm. The candidate must be motivated, reliable and able to work independently for a professional firm.

Overview:

Has a desire to work in immigration litigation.
Must speak, read and write Mandarin
Must have strong writing and research skills.
Work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be eager to hit the ground running with briefings, depositions, board hearings, and trials.
Prior litigation and/or immigration experience is a plus but not required
WILL TRAIN

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Bar in Illinois, and in good standing. Or has taken the bar exam as of May 2024 (must be able to provide excellent grades in writing and research if requested)
Internally motivated and driven to produce exceptional results.
Demonstrates responsibility and accountability both in and out of the workplace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a caseload effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
Must read, speak and write Mandarin.
