Job Title : Epic Systems Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and clinical workflows to optimize Epic EHR system configurations.
• Implement, maintain, and support Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, Revenue Cycle, MyChart, or Beacon.
• Perform system build, customization, and upgrades based on user requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with end-users to provide training and technical support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Epic Reporting Workbench and Clarity.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare IT security regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Epic with third-party applications.

• Experience working with Epic EHR systems.
• Epic certification in at least one module (Ambulatory, Inpatient, Revenue Cycle, MyChart, etc.).
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL, Epic Clarity, or Cogito reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Epic Bridges for system integrations.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with data migrations and system upgrades.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
