Job Description

Job Title : Epic Systems Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Analyze business and clinical workflows to optimize Epic EHR system configurations.
Implement, maintain, and support Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, Revenue Cycle, MyChart, or Beacon.
Perform system build, customization, and upgrades based on user requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with end-users to provide training and technical support.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Epic Reporting Workbench and Clarity.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare IT security regulations.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Epic with third-party applications.

Qualifications

Experience working with Epic EHR systems.
Epic certification in at least one module (Ambulatory, Inpatient, Revenue Cycle, MyChart, etc.).
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SQL, Epic Clarity, or Cogito reporting.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with Epic Bridges for system integrations.
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience with data migrations and system upgrades.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
