Job Description The Sagamore Resort is looking for a full-time Esthetician to join our team in Bolton Landing, NY. Our ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and is interested in learning more about the industry. We are looking for someone who is organized, punctual, and has a great attitude. Responsibilities

Provide services to patients of all ages to ensure they receive the best possible care
Develop and implement skincare treatments to target specific problem areas
Educate patients about the benefits of using products to help maintain healthy skin
Maintain accurate records and follow up records with patients on treatment plans, results, etc.
Manage and train other estheticians on how to provide skincare treatments as well as how to use our treatment plans
Assist with inventory management of the retail store and the maintenance of cleanliness in the retail store
Work with our sales team to promote the store and the services we provide our patients
Must be willing to perform services as scheduled

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as an Esthetician or similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train a candidate who is passionate about beauty and eager to learn about skincare.
Ability to work independently with good time management skills and be self-motivated
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as an ability to build rapport with patients
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Commission and gratuities will be paid in addition to hourly pay rate.
