Job Title: ETL Developer
Location: Onsite Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Required Qualifications:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data migration.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and data migration strategies.
Strong expertise in SQL, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Azure Data Factory, or other ETL tools.
Familiarity with various ETL methodologies, including batch processing, real-time integration, and data replication.
Proven experience in data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, or other cloud-based data solutions.
Knowledge of waste management industry data structures and systems.
Previous experience in acquisition-based data migrations.
