We are seeking a motivated Event Promotions Assistant to support our promotional initiatives and client events across the San Antonio area. This role plays a vital part in elevating brand visibility, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring smooth onsite event execution. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and campaigns.
Represent client brands professionally during onsite activations and community outreach.
Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations.
Engage with attendees, provide information, and create a positive event experience.
Monitor event performance and contribute feedback to improve future initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to maintain cohesive promotional strategies.
Maintain organized records of event materials, supplies, and scheduling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
