Swift7 Consultants is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Staff to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events in the Charlotte area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, collaborating with teams, and delivering outstanding experiences for clients and attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Support event coordinators and management teams on-site
Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure event areas are organized, presentable, and compliant with guidelines
Coordinate logistics such as registration, seating, and materials distribution
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event flow
Represent Swift7 Consultants with professionalism at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic event settings
Strong organizational and time-management skills
