We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering high-quality events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and private events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event logistics
• Support event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and event documentation
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address event-related needs
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle invoices
• Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and provide effective solutions
