Job Description

Join Our Team as an EEvents Assistant at Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate functions to social gatherings, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to create memorable experiences for our clients and guests. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical needs are met
  • Manage event registration and guest communications
  • Maintain event budgets and assist in cost management
  • Help create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment is in place
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
