We're seeking a proven business leader to join Contrarian Thinking as an Executive Business Coach, working with an elite community of entrepreneurs and business leaders. This role combines strategic advisory capabilities with the opportunity to shape our premier mastermind program's future.

This role is for someone who can command a room of successful business owners, challenge their thinking, and push them past their comfort zones. You'll be designing and leading programs that actually move the needle – from intimate mastermind sessions to intensive workshops on acquisition and scaling.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven executive-level experience in business coaching, consulting, or leadership development
• Prior experience as an executive, business coach or business advisor
• Distinguished track record of driving organizational growth and transformation
• Superior facilitation skills with C-suite and business owner audiences
• Expertise in curriculum architecture and strategic program development
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Natural leadership presence and the ability to command respect among peers
• Independent thinking and contrarian perspective that challenges conventional wisdom

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to member executives and business owners
• Lead high-impact cohort development programs through bi-weekly executive sessions
• Design and facilitate monthly mastermind meetings for senior business leaders
• Develop and deliver advanced intensives focused on acquisition and scaling strategies
• Orchestrate quarterly executive events (three in-person, one virtual)
• Partner with leadership to architect cutting-edge curriculum and learning experiences
• Oversee strategic program communications
• Drive program innovation and excellence initiatives

Range: $125k + bonus structure

Please note: This hybrid position requires regular in-person collaboration in Austin, Texas. Applicants must reside within a 1-hour drive of Austin, Texas to be considered.
