Job Description

Join the esteemed ranks of Eagle Eye International Protective Services as an Executive Protection Agent specializing as a Primary Driver. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of executives during their transportation and daily activities. Your mission is not only to drive but also to anticipate the needs and potential risks faced by the individuals you are protecting. As a key member of our team, you will combine exceptional driving abilities with the utmost professionalism and discretion. This is an unarmed, full-time position based in San Francisco.

Pay: $40-45/hr depending on experience and qualifications

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough route planning and risk assessments before travel.
  • Providing secure and safe transport for executives to various locations.
  • Maintaining situational awareness and vigilance throughout the journey.
  • Coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Exhibiting a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
  • Responding to any potential security threats with appropriate measures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of clients at all times.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in executive protection or similar roles strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must have a valid First Aid/CPR certification (training can be provided if necessary).
  • Fluently read, speak, and write in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug testing, and behavioral selection surveys.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Occasional pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting of objects; may be up to 50 lbs and include climbing stairs;
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time;
  • Ability to use hands to handle, hold or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with arms, and talk or hear;
  • Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus;
  • May occasionally be required to work outdoors in inclement weather;
  • May be required in some positions to have sufficient dexterity, mobility, physical ability and stamina, to restrain individuals in accordance with established guidelines, and sufficient mobility to respond to clients’ needs;
  • May experience frequent to occasional confrontational situations
