Job Description

Cornerstone Custom Construction, Inc. is seeking Experienced Finishers for work in the North Metro Area. Must have at least 3 - 4 years experience be hardworking, reliable, punctual and intuitively good with using tools and machinery. 

Our growing company specializes in full concrete construction, from Footings, Block Foundations, to Flatwork and decorative concrete finishes. In this position you will be responsible for assisting with set up & finishing concrete daily with residential and light commercial projects. A strong work ethic, good time management ability to learn and retain information, and attention to detail are essential.

A performance review is given after the first 80 days of employment, and there after annually. Summary of responsibilities for Concrete Finisher:

Responsibilities:

• Forming & Pouring (basements, garages, sidewalks, driveways, steps/stoops, patios, etc.)
• Grading, pouring, screeding, cutting and sealing concrete slabs.
• Ensuring Equipment is maintained and cleaned - Training in these areas.
• Finishing interior & exterior concrete.
• Training & Growing with the Team.
• Communicating with full company teams.

Qualifications :

• Must be legally able to work in the USA.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Team Player.
• Class A License Preferred but not required (Driving Positions Available).

Physical Requirements:

• Intermittent and repetitive physical activity including the following:
• Standing, Stooping, Kneeling, Climbing, Walking on uneven ground, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Shoveling.
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and work with 50+ lbs.

This position is a full-time position that works Monday – Friday, some overtime. Must be willing to work Saturdays as needed. If you are looking to find a team that feels more like a family, we are the right place for you
