How you'll make an impact

Assists client organizations with ensuring they have competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices. Working under close supervision and guidance, this role provides analytical support, development, implementation, analysis and/or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to client Comp program administration
  • Project Support
  • Market and trends research
  • Creating and preparing routine reports as needed. 
  • Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys.
  • Uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
  • Evaluates and implements job analysis instruments and materials.
  • Conducts data and cost analyses.
  • Entry/Early-level individual contributor role
  • Works within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity. 
  • Incumbents may work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direction of senior staff on more complex projects and analyses. 
  • Develops basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for a field of specialization. 
  • Performs standard tasks using established and routine methods, principles, concepts, and procedures typically on assignments of low complexity. 
  • Develops knowledge and competence through performing standard work assignments. 
  • Assists with special projects and market research related to compensation inquiries/problems. 
  • Supports higher-level Analysts in the performance of complex compensation duties.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience required.
  • 0 -1 minimum years’ experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and computational skills required.
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and consultation skills.
  • Strong time management skills.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of health care industry.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices and trends.

Work Traits:

  • Quickly learns new processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively respond to change.
  • Makes objective decisions and maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding employee data.
