Fleet Cleaner - Marietta, GA

The Fleet Cleaner is a critical position that ensures the fleet vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for passengers while managing and leading a team of cleaning staff. Their attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are crucial for maintaining high cleaning standards and overall operational efficiency.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

Key Responsibilities: 

Vehicle Maintenance: 

• Ensure that staff performs cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively to keep bus interiors and exteriors clean, safe, and passenger-ready.

Administrative Duties: 

• Ensure bus cleaning data is entered daily and accurately into Corvado software. 

• Maintain quality control measures by sending pictures and real-time updates using the Slack communication platform. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the lead Supervisor. 

• Adapt to and take on new tasks as needed to support the organization. 

Qualifications & Skills  

Effective Communication: 

• Strong ability to prioritize work objectives and communicate work directives to staff in a professional, timely, and effective manner. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Organizational Skills: 

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, schedules, and records efficiently. 

Customer Service: 

• Possess a pleasant demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally. 

Language Proficiency: 

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.  

• Bilingual skills (e.g., proficiency in Spanish or another relevant language) are a plus. 

Background Check and Screening: 

• Must pass a complete background check, including drug screening and physical examination, to ensure compliance with company standards. 

These minimum qualifications ensure that candidates for the Fleet Cleaner role have the necessary experience, skills, and attributes to effectively supervise and lead a cleaning team, communicate effectively, and meet the company's standards for safety and customer service.
