Forecasting & Analysis Manager

About the position:

We're seeking a hard-working Forecasting & Analysis Manager to craft market strategies. Work with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to drive effective portfolio strategies.

Working with a team of motivated professionals, you will empower collaborators with detailed insights and data to support their decision-making processes.
Your ability to provide accurate analysis, reports, and insights will be crucial in understanding the drivers of market performance and ensuring we maintain our competitive edge. Furthermore, you will manage relationships with key agencies like MSAi, Nielsen, and IRI to deliver thorough and business-related insights on market trends, brands, pricing, channels, consumer behavior, and competitive activities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data for RMC, Cigars, RRP categories to understand market dynamics, track performance, and provide insights for management.
• Coordinate all Market Forecasting & Market Modeling, responsible for building, managing, and selecting reporting platforms to convey US market insights.
• Support data analysis and reporting needs for Marketing and Sales Team members, including pricing, distribution, channel programs, sales coverage, promotions, portfolio targeting, and brand prioritization.
• Ensure timely and accurate data analysis for Regional and HQ Business Reviews - ASP, SPC, Regional, and Local Reviews.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience (required), preferably in Engineering, Science, Statistics, or Marketing fields.
• Extensive experience in Strategic Insights, Research, or Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytics background with proven proficiency in handling large data sets, and consolidating multiple data sources into coherent research results.
• Outstanding computer skills with expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills coupled with strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills.
