Job Description

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, business English, marketing foreign languages (English, Spanish, Russian), American visa is preferred;
2. CET-4, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English, and skilled use of office software.
3. Familiar with foreign trade business processes, such as customs declaration, customs clearance, logistics and transportation, letter of credit operation, etc.
4. Have good customer development and maintenance capabilities, strong cross-cultural communication skills, understand the business habits of customers in different countries, and flexibly adjust communication strategies.
5. Be good at business negotiation, strive for favorable conditions for the enterprise in core terms such as price, payment method and delivery date, and take into account customer needs.
6. Have team spirit and dedication, and can accept business trips at home and abroad. Business trips abroad are generally one week to one month; 1. Develop markets and track foreign trade business.

1. Deal with and reply to customers' orders and questions in time.
2. Track the customer's product usage and maintain the customer relationship.
3. Work according to the operation flow and management system of the company's foreign trade business.
4. Achieve the sales target of foreign trade business issued by the company.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
