Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Adobe Illustrator with a strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and medical concepts. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity, ideal for a skilled medical illustrator who can create high-quality, detailed graphics for critical care education. Projects will be assigned on a rolling basis, with compensation determined per assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create clear, accurate, and visually compelling illustrations related to cardiovascular health, anatomy, procedures, and conditions.
Design engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams for educational materials.
Work closely with our editorial and medical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in all illustrations.
Adapt complex medical information into easy-to-understand visual formats.
Revise and refine illustrations based on feedback from medical professionals.
Ensure all artwork aligns with our brand style and educational objectives.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience is a plus).
Strong background in medical illustration, specifically cardiovascular topics.
Experience creating detailed anatomical and procedural illustrations.
Ability to translate medical concepts into visually appealing graphics.
Familiarity with medical terminology and an understanding of critical care settings.
