Front Desk Receptionist

The Renaissance of Richfield/ Bath is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Richfield, Ohio!

Schedule:
• Part-time
• 2 evenings a week
• Sunday – Day or Evening
• Day shift: 8AM – 4:30PM
• Evening shift: 4PM – 7PM
The right candidate will have:
• Working knowledge of basic PC skills
• Working knowledge of copy machine
• Excellent command of English language in both written and oral forms
Our Front Desk Receptionist will:
• Be courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families.
• Answer inbound telephone calls professionally and direct the caller to the correct recipient.
• Perform customer service functions by answering member requests and questions.
• Keep entrance to building neat and tidy and maintain visitor log.
• Make copies, faxes, scans, and files documents.
• Process mail.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Monitor security cameras and call light system; monitor front door and maintain visitor log and security log.
