Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer - NPES Program Openings: 3 Location: Bellevue, NE Work Type: 100% On-site Clearance Level: Secret Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required due to clearance requirements TEKsystems is seeking experienced Full Stack Software Engineers to support a long-term contract on the NPES RECAP program at Offutt AFB and Bellevue, NE. This role involves developing and testing full-stack Java-based web applications in an Agile/DevSecOps environment supporting the Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES), a classified Management Information System (MIS) used for strategic decision-making and nuclear deterrence. Key Responsibilities: Develop full-stack Java applications Design and implement front-end solutions using Angular, HTML, and CSS Work within CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SCRUM methodologies Collaborate with government stakeholders and PMs Contribute to mission-critical systems supporting national defense Required Skills: Java, Angular, HTML, CSS CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Mercurial) Linux and Windows operating systems Agile development experience (SCRUM, Kanban, XP) Strong foundational knowledge of object-oriented development Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting NPES or similar strategic command systems Understanding of nuclear deterrence mission planning Experience developing software test plans and documentation Strong communication and professionalism in fast-paced environments Interview Process: 2-step process Phone interview with TEKsystems hiring team In-person interview if local, phone interview if relocating Topics include resume walkthrough, software methodology, Agile experience, security processes, and hands-on coding experience Start Date: Need someone to start as soon as possible. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
