GradePower Learning Largo  is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to help students find their way to a better academic future.

Work with children and their families to help students of all ages achieve academic success. GradePower Learning programs impart new approaches to learning, designed to last a lifetime. We teach students from pre-school to high-school  how to learn , concentrate, listen, and succeed. But most importantly, to believe in themselves as they reach their academic dreams.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory. 

Responsibilities (Position Details):

As the Education Coordinator, you are responsible for managing all facets of the curriculum, assist the Center Director in hiring and managing center staff, and building relationships with the teachers, parents, and of course, the students! You will work directly with the owners as a key staff member with the following responsibilities:

• Inform inquiring parents about our GradePower Learning programs
• Ensure educational operations of the center are managed effectively
• Organize schedule for students, staff, and teachers
• Evaluate student's cognitive and educational competencies
• Ensure student learning programs are being executed effectively
• Maintain contact with parents and meeting with them to discuss their child's progress
• Ensure that the GradePower Learning philosophy is being maintained throughout the center
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
• Effectively master the GradePower Learning Teaching philosophy as well as coach other teaching members of the team
• Assist Center Director in running the daily operations of the center

Education Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience :

• Work in a business or educational environment is an asset
  
• Work in sales and/or management experience is an asset

Job Type : Full-time

Salary :

• $50,000 / year
• Base salary  plus profit sharing after completion of training period

Benefits :

Schedule :

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Note this is a salaried job and hours are flexible to accomodate needs of the business and seasonality of the educational calendar.
