RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, a national leader in clinical nutrition consulting, is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds—70% remote flexibility combined with valuable in-person collaboration.

Type: Full-time, community-based geriatric care
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday during regular business hours
Work Model: 70% remote with periodic on-site visits (typically 1 per week)
Flexibility: Choose your own days and hours within business hours
Compensation: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Additional Pay:
Travel time paid at hourly rate
Mileage reimbursement for on-site visits
10 days of PTO annually
5 federal holidays off

Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans based on patients’ medical needs, cultural preferences, and goals.
Provide education and counseling on nutrition, chronic disease management, and healthy eating habits.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed based on progress and outcomes.
Document care provided according to facility and company policies.
Perform administrative and organizational duties as required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Active Indiana state license (required).
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Competency in electronic charting systems.
Familiarity with state and federal nutrition care regulations.
