Duties

Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Supervise staff and ensure timely payroll processing.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Set and monitor gas pricing based on market trends and company guidelines.
Prepare and submit reports to upper management on store performance and operations.
Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications are current and compliant with regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the store and premises.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor?s degree in any field.
Previous experience in gas station management or a similar role.
Proficiency with technology, including Google Docs, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
