That means you will work alongside an accomplished and highly collaborative team that inspires commitment to our goal in attaining excellence in everything they do. **Job Purpose Summary** We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to bring our brand to life across a variety of internal and external mediums. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with the ability to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate our brand identity. Most importantly, this role will play a key part in shaping the story of Corza Medical, transforming complex ideas into impactful and engaging designs. **What you will do** - Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Corza Medial across all platforms. - Edit and produce high-quality video content for a variety of channels, including social media, internal communications, and product marketing. - Design creative assets for print and digital mediums, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, trade show materials and internal communications. - Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop compelling visual content what aligns with business goals. - Assist in creating and evolving brand storytelling through visual narratives that enhance engagement and connection with our audience. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels. - Work with external vendors, printers and agencies as needed to execute high-quality deliverables. - Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our creative output. **What you will need** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate agency or medical technology environment. - Proven experience with video editing and motion graphics, including the ability to edit, enhance, and produce engaging video content. - Experience creating engaging video content from concept through final delivery, with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency. - Strong understanding of brand development and storytelling through design. - Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms (including web, social media, email and presentations). - Ability to translate complex medical and technical concepts into visually compelling graphics. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with web design tools (e.g..
