City Wide Facility Solutions of NC is in need of an additional Maintenance Technician to work in the Raleigh-Durham area. The right candidate will be capable of handling typical handyman repairs independently and in a timely fashion.
Must be comfortable with the following jobs:
-patching and painting drywall damage
-replacing light fixtures
-furniture assembly
-simple plumbing work such as replacing toilets or faucets
Requirements
Previous experience as a handyman or background in related field
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation and basic tools
General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
