Revolution  is seeking a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager for its Terre Haute, IN location. As the HSE Manager, you’ll be at the helm of this initiative, leading the site’s safety programs, building a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the workforce’s well-being. • Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE plan, collaborating with site leadership to align on goals and objectives, and ensuring effective execution throughout the year.
• Organize, coordinate, and deliver safety training to ensure workers are equipped with the knowledge to work safely and in compliance with all regulations.
• Regularly inspect the site, identify potential safety hazards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Review incidents, near misses, and safety reports, and lead efforts in identifying root causes and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay up-to-date with safety certifications, employee training, and regulatory changes to ensure the site remains compliant with OSHA and other environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing or implementing safety programs, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive Knowledge of environmental regulations, OSHA standards, and safety management.
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to engage all levels of the workforce in continuous safety improvement.
• Excellent Communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety inspection technologies.
• Hands-on Experience with safety audits, inspections, and corrective action processes.
