Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator to oversee and manage healthcare operations , ensuring compliance, high-quality care, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in skilled nursing or senior care, and a commitment to resident well-being .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of health services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care .
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations , including Title 22 and CMS guidelines.
Lead and manage nursing staff and healthcare teams , ensuring top-tier resident care.
Develop and implement healthcare policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs .
Monitor resident health outcomes , ensuring a high standard of care and service .
Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and training programs for healthcare teams.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies .
Handle budgeting and financial planning for healthcare services, optimizing resources while maintaining quality care.
Minimum Qualifications
Active California Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (Required).
Previous experience as a Health Services Administrator, Executive Director, or Nursing Home Administrator in a senior care setting (Required).
Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care leadership (Preferred).
Strong understanding of federal and state regulations for long-term care communities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills .
