Job Title: Healthcare Administrative Clerk
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003 (Travel between multiple sites required)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Expected to extend through June 2026)
Job Summary: Seeking a Healthcare Administrative Clerk to provide high-level administrative and operational support within a clinical environment. This role supports providers, nursing staff, and management by coordinating administrative workflows, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple healthcare sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to clinical and operational teams
Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and office workflows
Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
Support compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
Assist with operational tasks and adapt quickly to new systems as needed
Work Environment:
Travel required between multiple clinic locations: Phoenix, Glendale, Goodyear, and Mesa
Use of personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to learn new systems quickly (e.g., eClinicalWorks/eCW)
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare or medical office setting (preferred)
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards
Education Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Additional Information:
Candidates should be available to start immediately
Contract expected to run through June 2026
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between sites
