Key Responsibilities: * Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. * Seating Management: Monitor table availability and manage the waitlist to optimize seating efficiency. * Reservation Coordination: Take reservations over the phone or through online systems and manage booking schedules. * Communication: Coordinate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. * Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. * Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a tidy host stand, entrance area, and menus. * Safety & Compliance: Adhere to restaurant policies, including health and safety regulations.
