Job Title: Surgeon (Orthopedic / Cardiothoracic / General / Other Specialties)

Reports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO) / Surgical Director

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and board-certified Surgeon with specialization in [Orthopedic / Cardiothoracic / General] surgery to join our surgical team. This role plays a critical part in advancing patient care through surgical interventions, with consistent demand fueled by medical innovation and population needs. You will work in a collaborative, high-performing environment to ensure exceptional surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surgical procedures related to area of specialization, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations and follow-ups.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical nurses, and other specialists as part of a coordinated care team.
Maintain detailed surgical records and documentation using EMR systems.
Provide consultation services and expert opinions as required.
Participate in quality assurance programs, surgical committees, and clinical improvements.
Stay current with medical advancements, procedures, and best practices in surgery.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of accredited surgical residency and fellowship (if applicable).
Board certification in surgical specialty (e.g., General Surgery, Orthopedic, Cardiothoracic, etc.).
Minimum 5 10 years of hands-on surgical experience in a hospital or surgical center setting.
Active and unrestricted medical license.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
