Position Summary:
We are looking for a people-focused, strategic, and hands-on Director of Human Resources who will serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the CEO. Based in our Portland, OR studio, this role will lead and execute compliant and consistent HR initiatives across Straub Collaborative's four studios and is responsible for shaping and executing the company's people strategy, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a strong, inclusive culture.
