Daily, this looks like:
Consulting with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored system solutions
Managing high-quality, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required!)
Presenting system designs and financing options in a way that is clear, honest, and aligned with client priorities
Following up on open proposals with care and professionalism
Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer journey
Who You Are
You’re a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed. You thrive in a performance-based role and enjoy the challenge of creating solutions that make a real difference in customers' lives.
You bring:
3+ years of HVAC or in-home sales experience
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and IAQ products

A consultative, customer-focused sales approach
Familiarity with tools like iPads, field printers, and digital sales platforms
The responsibility to manage your time, follow up with care, and close with integrity
