Job Description

Are you an HVAC Service Manager who's ready to take on a new challenge? Look no further! gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical Construction industry to find the perfect Project Manager.

The HVAC Service Manager will lead staff members to install, repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and light industrial. The Service Manager will routinely work with service and install technicians, maintain efficient department operations and dispatch personnel.

The HVAC Service Manager should possess the following skills, characteristics and abilities:

* Excellent customer service
* 3-5 Years' HVAC Management related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems (Residential )
* Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuit
* Related HVAC and refrigeration systems experience
* Technical aptitude
* Knowledge of local codes
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Conflict management skills
* Detail oriented and highly organized - able to multi-task
* Computer skills: - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation
* Clean, neat and professional appearance
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
* Ability and willingness to work!
