Our client, a family business in the HVAC field, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team. Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching
- Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive performance improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction

Service Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize your 5+ years of industry experience to effectively manage and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems
- Leverage your 3+ years of leadership experience to motivate and empower your team
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Service Manager Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
