We're looking for a Sales Support / Business Development Representative to connect with potential clients and drive business growth. This fully remote, commission-based role offers flexibility and a great opportunity to develop valuable sales skills.

### What You'll Do:
- Engage with assigned leads and prospective clients via phone with the goal of closing sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in customer interactions.
- Track and manage client engagements using Salesforce.

### What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable making outbound calls frequently.
- Strong phone etiquette—professional, yet confident and persuasive.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
