*Manage day-to-day legal aspects of our SMA (separately managed account) business, employment matters, commercial contracts and service provider relationships, and general corporate affairs. *Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents and agreements with respect to investment management and distribution, employment, consulting, real estate, technology, and third-party services. *Review and advise on marketing material and investor relations, and respond to due diligence questionnaires $200,000 - $250,000
