Hours: Open availability (Monday-Sunday, various shifts)
Salary: $16.00 per hour

About the Role

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? We're looking for dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, assist customers with their needs, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional. Occasionally, outbound calls may be required depending on the project.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and provide customer support based on assigned projects
Accurately document customer interactions in provided systems
Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records
Stay informed about campaign-specific products, services, and promotions
Maintain professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of call center experience (must have experience with an automatic dialer and call scripting) - Remote candidates must meet this requirement
A clear, friendly, and professional voice
Strong people skills, active listening, and communication abilities
Excellent attendance and punctuality
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills and computer literacy
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
Work-from-Home Requirements

To be successful in this remote role, you'll need:

A PC or laptop with Windows 10 or newer (Mac, Chromebook, and tablets are not compatible)
A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required)
A USB-connected headset
A webcam
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
