We are hiring an Information Systems Performance Management Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing tools, processes, and metrics to collect, monitor, and analyze system performance. You will conduct various testing, including user acceptance, performance, stress, regression, and integration testing, and make changes and corrections as necessary. You will also help identify system issues, recommend performance improvements, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and review of application systems.
Plan and implement performance management tools and processes to ensure system effectiveness.
Conduct user acceptance testing, performance testing, stress testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
Analyze system performance, identify issues, and work with the team to implement necessary changes.
Review system configurations and parameters to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Monitor applications systems and programs, performing routine maintenance and updates as needed.
Identify problems or areas of inefficiency within the system and develop appropriate solutions.
Ensure system performance meets or exceeds defined goals and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system performance metrics with organizational goals.
Present findings, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive oral and written reports on system performance, testing outcomes, and corrective actions.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, processes, and technologies to enhance system performance management.
Conduct ongoing reviews and assessments to ensure systems are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest performance management methodologies and best practices.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+4 years of experience in system performance management, testing, and application maintenance.
Experience in conducting performance, stress, regression, and integration testing.
Strong understanding of performance management tools, techniques, and metrics.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
Proficient in database management and SQL queries.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and application lifecycle management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of performance management.
