Pay: $70,000 - 100,000 + Benefits

Type: Full-time / Permanent Hire

Industry: Plastics Injection Molding

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 1st or 2nd shift available

We're seeking an experienced and results driven Production Manager t o join a stable and well established leader in plastic injection molding. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across all manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day production activities, ensuring schedules, output, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Supervise and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and improve production workflows, reducing downtime and maximizing equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and OSHA standards.
• Resource Management: Oversee allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to meet production goals.
• Lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and meet customer commitments.
• Track KPIs such as OEE, scrap rates, and on time delivery; prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and production systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production schedules.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
